The Hughes & the Vizzones
It will come as no surprise to anyone who steps into The Hugh that owners John and Sandy Vizzone are both rooted in the fashion world, with names like Ralph Lauren, Cifonelli and Macy's dotting their résumés. After leaving the world of fashion retail, Sandy pursued her lifelong epicurean passion at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, New York. Together, these two arbiters of food, fashion, and style created the bold personality that defines The Hugh. Stark blacks, bright colors, and leopard prints play off each other, creating an ambiance that's irrefutably cool and irresistibly fun at the same time.
The Hugh is named for the family that originally resided in the historic 1883 French Second Empire house. Rumor is, the Hughes' friendly spirits reside here still.
The Fine Print
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to check in at The Hugh. No pets.
Cancellations with less than 14 days of notice will be charged in full without exception.
Candles, incense, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and all related items are prohibited at The Hugh. These items and activities will be treated as smoking. Guests found using any of these items will be assessed a fine, and the guest(s) may be evicted with no refund.
You are liable for any damage caused to the premises or property of The Hugh by you or any person in your party.
Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
$50 will be charged for lost, stolen or damaged beach badges.
Guests under age 17 are required by law to wear bike helmets when biking. Please bring your own.
