Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish and modern interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

Maison Bleue is located in the beautiful restaurant space at The Hugh B&B. For our menus, please visit the Maison Bleue website. Parking is available at a nearby lot on Bank Street (5 minutes walk).

"This was our fourth or fifth trip to Maison Bleu and it’s becoming our favorite Cape May restaurant. Food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff is welcoming and our server Lisa was competent, personable and lovely."

"If you think you've eaten at all the nice restaurants in Cape May think again. This is one to put at the top of your list. The duck confit and steak tartare starters were delish as were all of our main courses. The Dijon curry sauce on the salmon special had amazing flavor and the brown butter sauce on the fluke was just as delicious. Can't wait to return and try something else like the bouillabaisse and coq au vin. No stuffy French service here, the atmosphere is casual and cozy.
