Owner Sandy Vizzone prepares the ever changing breakfast menu to focus on sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms right around The Hugh. Her cooking is inspired by her love of global flavors: You may find your Cape May breakfast tinged with sunny Spanish flavors one day, or infused with Italian comfort the next.
